I live in Winnipeg and I'm finishing my BBA in Marketing at the University of Winnipeg this December. For the past three years I've run social media, content and websites for small, public-facing organizations, most recently the Old St. Vital BIZ, where I redesigned their website and rebuilt the directory of 181 local businesses.

That job taught me what small business owners actually need from a website: people should find you on Google, trust you in five seconds, and book or call without hunting for the button. The design matters, but only because it does those things.

I build my own AI tools. The biggest is an assistant that runs my calendar, sorts my email and texts me on my phone. Another checked all 117 Old St. Vital BIZ members for website problems. AI does the volume. I decide what's good, and I check every word and number by hand before anything goes live. That's how one person covers a team's worth of work.
